Baked Sweet Potato Wedges are one of the simplest and most satisfying side dishes you can make.
They’re great on their own, with ketchup, or served with a quick dipping sauce.
How to make Baked Sweet Potato Wedges
You only need one large sweet potato plus olive oil and a few seasonings.
Cut the sweet potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into six wedges for twelve wedges total.

Arrange the wedges on a lined baking sheet for easy cleanup.

Brush the wedges with olive oil, then sprinkle with cumin, ground cinnamon, chili powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
Bake in a 425°F (220°C) oven for about 25 minutes, turning once halfway through so the wedges crisp evenly.

A creamy, tangy dipping sauce with a hint of spice pairs beautifully

For the optional sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, and Sriracha to taste. Adjust the Sriracha for more or less heat.
