Ingredients

  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 ⅔ cups chicken broth
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 12 ounces boneless pork loin chops (about ½ to ¾ inch thick)
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  8. Remove the foil and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  9. Let the dishes rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  10. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve on cork trivets—caution, dishes will be hot.
