Why I love this recipe
Using boneless pork loin chops keeps the cooking time short without sacrificing flavor. This dish layers pork over flavorful stuffing and requires minimal prep—perfect for a cozy dinner for two on a busy night.
If you want a dessert to finish the meal, consider a small red velvet cake or an individual fruit cobbler for two.
Expert tips
You can swap boxed stuffing for homemade if you prefer; add the prepared stuffing when directed in the steps. If you use bone-in pork chops, increase the baking time by 5–10 minutes. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4–5 days.
Recipe FAQs
Simple vegetables pair nicely—roasted green beans, corn on the cob, or roasted Brussels sprouts are all good options.

- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Optional – Fresh parsley for garnish

Spoon the prepared stuffing evenly into two greased 18.6 oz individual baking dishes.
-
Place one pork chop on top of the stuffing in each dish.
