Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, and baking soda until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips. The dough will be wet and sticky.
  • Form the dough into 1½-inch balls using your fingers and place them on an ungreased, parchment-lined baking sheet. Keep the cookies small so they don’t spread too much.
