- If you’ve never had a gluten- and dairy-free choc ice, try making these at home. They’re easier to prepare than you might think and taste fantastic.

- Salted caramel was a highly requested flavour. I use about 1/4 teaspoon of salt to balance the sweetness, but adjust to your taste for a sweeter or saltier finish.
